Amendment No. 2, which would add ballast restoration, tie replacement, rail replacement, Dominick Drive crossing rail and track panel replacement, rail grinding, railroad signage and vegetation management, was moved and carried to the Council on consent by the Transportation Committee in August 2026 and was on the Metropolitan Council's agenda of September 2026. The Council had not published minutes of that meeting as of September 2026, so this record carries the executed contract and its first amendment and records the second as put to the Council rather than as approved.
