The Port names no contractor.

States that the line traverses nine tunnels over an 82-mile section between Coos Bay and Eugene ranging from 477 to 4,177 feet, constructed before the line opened in August 1916, most with original Port Orford Cedar timber structural supports; that the line was shut down in 2007, acquired in a feeder line proceeding before the Surface Transportation Board in 2009 and returned to service in October 2011.
