Two professional-services solicitations under it closed in August 2026 and the Port published notices of intent to award in September 2026, to Anchor QEA, Inc. for NEPA lead services and to Kittelson & Associates, Inc. for design services on the Reedsport Grade Separation Project; neither notice publishes a value, both are stated not to be binding contracts, and the contracting party named on both is Oregon EcoTerminals, LLC with the Port's review.
