The tenderers named are Egis Batiments International, EGIS RAIL S.A. and DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH. The implementing body put a fresh engineering consultant, construction supervision and design-expertise procurement for the same project to the market in August 2026 and re-advertised it in September 2026, EDZL 2025/14, which is a separate procedure and is carried here as t_lv_edzl_rcs_supervision_2026; it publishes no value and closes for tenders in September 2026. In between the buyer ran a stopgap, EDZL2025/8AF/CEF, awarded to SIA “Forma 2” by negotiated procedure without a call for competition on grounds of extreme urgency, for the stage 2b works and no later than December 2026.
