Running. ODOT oversees the operation and management of the service through operating and intergovernmental agreements with WSDOT and Amtrak rather than a competitively let operating contract, and handles financial oversight, performance reporting and the relationships with the host railroads. Two daily round trips run between Eugene and Portland, six between Portland and Seattle and two between Seattle and Vancouver BC. Oregon ridership was 152,429 in 2025, down 6 per cent on 2024, and customer on-time performance on the Oregon portion rose from 58 to 70 per cent.
