Control of the new line's infrastructure will initially be exercised from the Luxembourg signalling centre 'en attendant qu'un nouveau poste directeur de derniere generation soit installe a partir de 2029', replacing the present one dating from the 1980s, whose technology can no longer take additional control elements for new rail projects. From 2029 the new signalling centre will let CFL make full use of the new track installations north of Bettembourg station, and the Bettembourg interchange is then to be remodelled, including the construction of a new flyover (published 2026 · checked 2026-09-14)
