The only domestic rail passenger operator in Latvia, founded on 2 November 2001 out of the LDz electric-train and diesel-train passenger units and independent of the LDz group since October 2008. It runs electric services on Rīga–Aizkraukle, Rīga–Jelgava, Rīga–Skulte and Rīga–Tukums and diesel services on Rīga–Krustpils–Daugavpils–Krāslava–Indra, Rīga–Madona–Gulbene, Rīga–Sigulda–Valmiera–Lugaži–Valga, Rīga–Rēzekne–Zilupe and Rīga–Dobele–Liepāja. Since 2025 every electrified line is worked by the 32 new Škoda 16Ev electric multiple units, in four-car formations, and the non-electrified lines by 23 diesel sets, which can run in six-car formations; a PESA 730 ML diesel set is leased from LTG Link for the Rīga–Valga cross-border service. Its net turnover in 2025 was EUR 67,345,528 against EUR 64,992,978 in 2024, with EBITDA of EUR 5,273,578 and a profit of EUR 978,962.
