On August 2026 VPRA recorded the contractor continuing platform walls and beam forms with 675 of 960 feet of sidewall and base concrete poured, progress on the soldier pile lagging wall along Depot Street, surfacing of the two layover tracks complete at the layover site, and installation continuing on electrical equipment, transformers, light pole wiring and fencing. A VPRA FY26 goal to complete the platform concrete by June 2026 was recorded as off track.
