The VPRA Board authorised the executive director to finalise and execute the FY27 State Supported Agreement in August 2026. The federal fiscal year 2027 agreement is an annual amendment to the appendices of the base FY26 State Supported Agreement dated October 2025, updating schedules, station hours, train consists, staffing levels, operations pricing, equipment capital costs and the cost methodology; it takes effect in October 2026.
