In execution. The Board authorised Modification 4 by Resolution 26-05-20 in May 2026 and the minutes of that meeting record the motion passed with five votes in favour and one absent. Work is under way on six sites authorised in September 2025 - E. 60th Avenue, Gateway Transit Center, E. 122nd Avenue, E. 148th Avenue, E. 181st Avenue and Gresham Transit Center - and the May 2026 modification advances the Steel Bridge and Morrison sites, brought forward because the City of Portland plans to build the Steel Bridge Skate Park in the next three to four years and the Portland General Electric utility feed for Morrison runs through the Steel Bridge site. TriMet states the overall project has an anticipated completion date in 2034.
