MTA records that construction for the MARC Martin State Airport station improvements began in FY2026 and is under way, and that the design for the Martin State Airport high-level platforms will be complete in FY2027. No contractor is named on the capital-programme page, but one contract under the line is let and carried separately: the New Maintenance Yard at the MARC storage yard and maintenance facility in Baltimore County, awarded to W. M. Schlosser Company, Inc. in October 2025.
