The overhaul is no longer in procurement: MTA's own solicitation for it, BPM054272, was cancelled, and eMaryland Marketplace Advantage showed it in September 2026 as Closed with the award status Cancelled against a close date of September 2026. It is carried as a separate cancelled record. No award is published against this line.
