LOT-0001, titled “1.daļa (Igaunijas/ Latvijas valsts robeža - Vangaži)”, is tender 4 and is held by Ingenieria Y Economia Del Transporte S.M.E. M.P.S.A. with Ardanuy Ingenieria S.A: modification notice 269394-2025 of April 2025 carries a BT-720 figure. LOT-0002 is tender 6 and is held by IDOM, Consulting, Engineering, Architecture S.A.U.: two modification notices published in February 2024, dispatched two seconds apart, both carry the same figure — 87884-2024 adds site-investigation and enlarged-structure design work with an eight-month extension to all DP3 deliverables, and 87455-2024 states that it changes neither the time of performance nor the remuneration, only the payment schedule — and notice 27420-2025 of January 2025 carries a further figure. Two lots on one framework; the two sets of names are two lot holders and not a discrepancy.
