LOT-0000, optical-fibre cable protection pipes, went to Höhle OÜ in September 2024 at a “Maximum value of the framework agreement” and a “Re-estimated value of the framework agreement”; LOT-0002, cable protection pipes, to Pipelife Eesti AS in October 2024 at a maximum and a re-estimate; and LOT-0003, cable duct wells, to Akciju sabiedrība "BMGS" in November 2024 at a maximum and a re-estimate. The pair on each lot is a ceiling and the buyer's re-estimate of what will be called off against it, not two competing estimates: the band is drawn on the re-estimates and the ceilings are named as ceilings.
