Notice 180916-2026 awards LOT-0000, ballast deliveries to the Iecava region in Latvia, at a framework value to Baltic Stone Terminal OU, Bremanger Querry AS and Graniet Import Benelux BV. Notice 178659-2026 records LOT-0002 (Pärnu region, Estonia), LOT-0004 (Skulte region, Latvia) and LOT-0006 (Kaunas region, Lithuania) as closed without a winner on the Commission's non-award justification code `other`. Notice 178263-2026 records the Panevėžys region lot in Lithuania as closed without a winner on justification code `chan-need`, which the EU authority table defines as a decision of the buyer because of a change in needs. Those are the buyer's own published reasons and they are carried so that no reader has to infer one. A sixth lot on the same procedure, ballast deliveries to the Tallinn region in Estonia, is listed on the originating notice of July 2022 and has no published outcome at all.
