TLT runs the Tallinn tram network, which is the only urban rail system that appears anywhere in this file and the only one in the bodies the Atlas tracks in Estonia; the region's own count of operational metro systems is zero. Its published tram fleet is three types: 23 PESA Twist 147N low-floor trams delivered on TLT's order from August 2024, each 28.6 m long and carrying up to 309 passengers with 65 seats, fitted with remote diagnostics, passenger counting, air conditioning, floor heating and video surveillance; CAF Urbos AXL trams in service since 2015, 31.0 m long, 600 V supply, 79 seats and 140 standing places, top speed 70 km/h; and Tatra KT4 trams built by ČKD Tatra between 1979 and 1990, of which 75 new units entered service in Tallinn between 1981 and 1990 with further used units bought from Germany between 1996 and 2018. The company is also the co-buyer, with the City of Tallinn's environment and municipal engineering department, of the tram line connecting the Old City Harbour to the Rail Baltica Ülemiste passenger terminal.
