The Network Statement records that the content requirements for the network statement were approved by order of the Director of the Communications Regulatory Authority of 18 May 2020, that RRT may on its own initiative or on an applicant's complaint examine the content of the Network Statement and impose sanctions under Article 7¹(3) of the Railway Transport Code, and that appeals on the Network Statement and related complaints are processed by RRT in a mandatory preliminary non-court procedure with a 20-business-day filing window and a 42-day decision period. RRT lists the railway undertakings that carried passengers, baggage or freight in 2025 as AB LTG CARGO, UAB LTG Link, AB Akmenės cementas, UAB Gargždų geležinkelis, UAB Transachema, ORLEAN Kolej sp. z o.o and SIA LDZ CARGO.
