Complete: the contract began in December 2020 and, under the amendment put to the Joint Boards of Directors in November 2025, ran to June 2026 with no options to extend, the extension being sought so that the successor procurement could be completed. The successor contract — Operations Cleaning Services to ABM Industries Group, LLC with Dexterra Services LLC as secondary — begins on or about July 2026 and is carried separately; the two are different contracts and their values are not added. The boards' decision on the November 2025 amendment is not in any minute read here, because the December 2025 and January 2026 packets return HTTP 403, so the aggregate is carried as the not-to-exceed value the boards were asked to authorise. Valley Metro's purchase order registers published through July 2026 still record payments to DMS Facility Services.
