Valley Metro's 2026 Transit Life Cycle Program update carries LRV Acquisition against the 2025 update, on a table whose note states that it includes Proposition 400 project costs through FY30. The 2026 update's stated changes include the replacement of two totalled light rail vehicles under the state of good repair programme and higher estimated costs for the two Northwest Phase II vehicles. The contract for three Siemens S700 vehicles authorised in June 2025 is carried as its own record and is cross-referenced here; the two are never added.
