FY27 capital uses shift away from the specific corridors: Future Project Development rises from FY26 to FY27, a 199 per cent increase, and becomes the largest single line in the FY27 capital programme. Valley Metro's chief financial officer told the board in May 2026 that future project development, for projects coming in the near term and for general planning of the capital programme and system build-out, is the majority of FY27. No contract is cited on this line.
