Sound Transit revised the Draft Environmental Impact Statement following Federal Transit Administration comments and resubmitted it for review, with publication still set for the third quarter of 2026. The Quarterly Procurement Look Ahead carries construction management for phase 1 with a solicitation window of the fourth quarter of 2026 to the second quarter of 2027.
