Early action work is largely complete: DOWNS interlocking removed, catenary foundations poured, catenary steel structures procured and a structure demolished. Utility relocation began in June 2026 and is anticipated complete in October or November 2026, with overhead catenary modifications by Amtrak forces from July 2026. Construction of the station and the new railroad bridge over SR 322 is anticipated to start in mid-2027 and to be complete in 2031.
