Red Line four stations platform replacements

Issued September 2026; a pre-bid meeting is scheduled September 2026 at West Park Station and responses are due October 2026. GCRTA's solicitation publishes no estimated value or engineer's estimate. The scope — concrete repair and structural restoration of four platforms, full platform replacement, and fabrication and installation of platform edge extensions at Cedar-University, West Park, West Blvd-Cudell and Superior stations on GCRTA's heavy-rail Red Line — is a multi-station structural construction contract, assessed as self-evidently above the Atlas's US tender floor; it is carried here with a null value band under the Atlas rule for unvalued open solicitations (an open solicitation whose published scope clearly clears the floor is carried on scope, not dropped for lack of a published price). GCRTA's Board of Trustees separately authorised a directly comparable priced package for the same category of work, Resolution No. 2026-009 (January 2026), Contract No. 2025-151 with Schirmer Construction LLC for Project 66E1 — Red Line Station Platform Modifications (carried as a separate tender record in this file), supporting the floor assessment on scope.
