MARTA states that in FY2027 the Auxiliary Power Rooms Replacement Program will award a contract for the implementation of Wave 1, during which the equipment will be approved for manufacturing and installed in later fiscal years. One contract against this scope is already let and is carried separately in this file: B50502, Traction Power Substation Equipment Replacement Program – Wave 1, awarded to Cleveland Electric Company in November 2025. The programme budget here is separate from the contract award and the two figures are not added.
