Its low-floor tram fleet as described in its own maintenance procurement is 140 vehicles of type NT 2200 (manufacturer's designation TMK 2200), numbered NT 2201 to NT 22140, plus two of type NT 2300 (TMK 2200-K). Its published EU project list runs from the purchase of 20 low-floor trams under the Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme (PK.4.1.09.0001) and a further 20 under the national recovery plan (NPOO.C1.4.R4-I2.01.0001) to electric bus charging infrastructure, the revitalisation of the Zagreb funicular and the repair of tram infrastructure damaged in the Zagreb earthquake. Its tram network is published at two different lengths — 'almost 120 kilometres of track' on the services page and 116 km in the 2025 business plan — over 15 daytime and 4 night tram lines. Its tram fleet is also published two ways: 259 tram cars of which 165 are low-floor on the website, against 272 motor cars and 45 trailers on the 2025 business plan, at an average age of 30.61 years. The Zagreb funicular, at 66 metres the shortest in the world, returned to service on 19 May 2026 after more than a year of renovation.
