Its own TED notices from 2018 onward are road construction, foundation and surfacing works, tunnel lighting, construction supervision, project-management consultancy and environmental impact assessment, and include a December 2018 prior information notice for undersea tunnel construction work. No rail remit is published for it; it is carried because it is the agency that would build the civils of any Maltese rail scheme and because it publishes a procurement desk.
